E- waste Detox programs
Earthful Foundation organizes E-waste Detox Programs which various institutions, with an aim to sensitize students, staff, etc. about the issue of Electronic Waste & its management. The E-waste collected in such programs is handed over to a Pollution Control Board Authorized recycler for its safe disposal. The educational institutions are rewarded with a “Certificate of Appreciation” for successfully conducting the detox program in their premises.
E-waste Detox Drive
In an attempt to address the looming problem of E-waste, Earthful Foundation organized the E-waste Detox Drive in 2021. Households, Offices and Educational institutions participated in the awareness-cum-collection drive and reached us for E-waste pickup from their premises. Drop boxes were set up around the city for easy accessibility of people. The week long drive, managed to create awareness and make a generous collection of E-waste from the city. The collected E-waste was handed over to a PCBA authorized recycling company.
